No registration fee is required.

【Registration】 How many works can I submit?

There is no limit to the quantity of works submit. You can submit register as individual and as groups both. The same work cannot be registered in multiple categories.

【Registration】 How to fill in “Entity Using the Design”?

If your work is consigned to be created by a company or institution, the name of the company or institution has to be filled in.
Ex. A company consigns you to create a poster design for their celebration of anniversary. “A company” has to be filled in “Entity Using the Design.”
Yes. Please choose “Series” and fill in the total quantity of works in the “Categories”.

★【Registration】If you keep failure to receive the certification mail, it might because of the following cases:

The email address that you used to register may be invalid or you entered incorrect. Please check your email address and use the correct one to register again.
Your email service provider may determine the certification mail as a spam mail.
Please check your mail box to see if the certification mail in the spam folder.
Your Email service provider may set a security mechanism to block the certification mail. Please contact them to check, or using other email address to register again.
If you used your company email to register, please contact your company’s MIS member to make sure the certification mail won’t be block by your information security mechanism.

Yes. According to the participation terms, participants failing to send or submit the actual works and electronic files required for the final selection before the deadline will be disqualified.

No. Actual works and electronic files are both needed for the final selection.

【The submission of actual works】How should I submit electronic files of my work?

You can submit your electronic files to TiGDA work team through:

Save your data in a compact disc and sent it with your actual work.
Save your data in a USB flash disc and sent it with your actual work.
Upload your files in a cloud storage and provide the link to access.
Attach the files in an email and sent it to tigda.moea@gmail.com

【The submission of actual works】Can I send my entry label in an electronic file without print it out?

Please print out your entry label and carefully stick on the back of your work. Do remember an electronic file of your entry label is also needed.

【The submission of actual works】On the entry label, what does “Max. 200 words” mean?

It means write down a brief introduction of your creation in English within 200 words.

【The submission of actual works】Can I submit the actual product of my work which registered in category C/D instead of printing papers?

Yes.

Yes.

It means to arrange the images or photos of objects which you designed for corporate identity or event identity on an A3 paper size. You can send max. 4 pieces of A3 paper for each work.

【The submission of actual works】What kind of paper should I print on for the submission?

We don’t have any specific rules about the paper for printing projects, so you can just pick one that is suitable for your design.

【The submission of actual works】Is there a designated logistics company for delivering my works?

No, we don’t have one. You can send us by any courier that you selected. To avoid damage during transportation, please firmly pack all your works.

★ 【The submission of actual works】What does 2025/9/22 17:00 refer to? Is it the time works are received or the time on the postmark?

The time works are received by TiGDA team.

【The submission of actual works】What does “2 copies of printing or color print-outs” mean in the description of competition details for Poster Design Award?

It means you need to print out 2 copies for each image that you uploaded. If you uploaded 3 different images for one work, you should print out 6 posters in total.
